Dentures

Dentures are an economical option to replace missing teeth and recreate the smile you used to have or the one you’ve always wanted.

  • Regain the confidence that comes with a beautiful smile
  • Eat and talk without pain or worry
  • Dental implants can be used in several ways to stabilize and secure dentures

If you're missing a significant number of teeth or your current teeth are not healthy enough to last for the long term, sometimes a denture can be your best option to replace everything at once.  A healthy looking smile can be created to look like you did in your past or transform your appearance with the smile you've always dreamed about.

A digital scan of your mouth and a detailed impression along with photographs is the first step.  Next, we try in a prototype to allow you confirm that everything looks perfect - the color, shape, and position of the teeth.  Once you've confirmed it is what you want, the final denture is created using an artistic process that creates a beautiful set of teeth and gums that are indistinguishable from a natural smile.

If you want the increased stability and confidence that implants can provide your dentures, there are several options available.  As few as two implants can be used on the bottom jaw to provide a button like attachment to the denture that prevents it from moving around or lifting up.  If you don't want to be able to remove the dentures at all, 4-6 implants can be placed in each jaw allowing for the attachment of a hybrid denture prosthesis that can only be removed in the dental office.

You can read more about dental implants on our Implants Service page and check out Before and After images of different types of denture cases we've completed in our Smile Gallery.
